How it Works for Staff
QuickDrop makes it easy to collect clinical photos and files directly from your patients securely and efficiently.
Start by creating a new upload link from your dashboard. You’ll also be able to view and manage previously generated links for other patients in one place.

Enter NHI
Search and select your patient using their NHI.

Assign Staff
Assign the relevant staff member.

Add Instructions
Add clear instructions to guide the patient on what to upload.

Set Limits
Set upload limits and link expiry for better control.

Done!
That’s it! A unique link will be created for you to copy and send directly to the patient.
Patient Experience
From the patient’s perspective, the process is simple and seamless. After receiving the link, they can open it in their browser and:

Follow Instructions & Upload Photos
The patient receives a secure QuickDrop link via email or text message and opens it in their browser.

Add Caption
Each uploaded file can include a caption to provide additional context and information for the clinic.

Submit
Once all files have been uploaded, the patient simply clicks submit to complete the process.
